DUE TO OUR INTRICATE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AT THIS TIME.

ORDERS MAY ONLY BE CANCELED WITHIN THE FIRST 15 MINUTES AND THE REQUEST MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL AT [email protected]!

EXCHANGES:

YOU HAVE TWO DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges only if we send you the wrong color or product.

Examples:

You order a Black Dreamwalker and we send you a Red Dreamwalker. 

Your order a Ninebot Mini and we send you a Dreamwalker.

STEPS TO TAKE TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Wrong Color:

  • DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT {ANY SIGNS OF USAGE WILL RESULT IN EXCHANGE BEING DENIED}
  • Take pictures of the color you were sent and email the pictures + your order number [email protected]
  • We will review your original order to make sure that the wrong color was indeed sent to you: If your original order was for the same color that was in the pictures that were sent, your request will be denied.
  • You will be sent an address to ship the hoverboard to.
  • Shipping price is YOUR (The Buyer's) responsibility
  • Once we receive the product we will inspect it to make sure it has not been used: ANY SIGNS OF USAGE WILL RESULT IN EXCHANGE REQUEST BEING DENIED AND ORIGINAL PRODUCT BEING SENT BACK TO YOU.
  • If product has not been used and is a different color from original order; we will send you the correct color within 5-25 business days.
